RACE 1 – NEVER MISS A MOMENT PACE POWERED BY RED BULL PACE – 1730 metres

PHANTOM STAR – Jumped a dislodged marker peg approaching the 500 metres and paced roughly for a short distance.

LAYLA SHANNON – Post-race swab sample.

MATTERSON EXPRESS – Held up inside the final 200 metres and as a result was not fully tested.

UNCLE CRAIGO – Pre-race blood sample.

THE DOME – Broke clear of interference passing the 1400 metres and a warning was issued.

ROCKNROLL RAMBO – Out of position at the start despite the efforts of its driver for which a warning was issued. Held up inside the final 200 metres and as a result was not fully tested.

TULHURST JANET – Hung in and contacted marker pegs approaching the 1400 metres resulting in a marker peg being dislodged and again hung in passing the 800 metres. A warning was placed on the record of TULHURST JANET.

 

RACE 2 – CHRIS POLITES PACE – 1730 metres

PRINCE LOUIE – Pre-race blood sample.

CALA GRECA – Broke during the early stages of the score up and will continue to be placed outside the draw in future mobile start events.

FOUR STAR LINCOLN – Post-race swab sample. Re-included into the mobile barrier draw.

 

RACE 3 – THE TAB APP PACE – 1730 metres

TRIOLI – Driver Isobel Ross was questioned regarding the performance of the mare which finished in 10th placing beaten 36 metres. Ms Ross explained connections were of the view TRIOLI was better suited to being positioned on the marker pegs. A post-race veterinary examination of TRIOLI failed to reveal any significant findings. Given the mares’ recent form a warning was placed on the record of TRIOLI.

ROCKSIE ROCK - Pre-race blood sample.

TULHURST TERROR – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races. These examinations did not reveal any significant findings.

LINE DANCE – Post-race swab sample.

 

 

RACE 4 – HYNASH GOUP PACE – 1730 metres

GLITTER AINT GOLD – Pre-race blood sample.

CHEEKY KISS – Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 5 – BARKERS BUTHCERY OBERON PACE – 1730 metres

ALLEGRETTO – Driver Phoebe Betts was reprimanded under Rule 168(1)(a) careless driving in that approaching the 300 metres she permitted ALLEGRETTO to improve to the inside of ROAD TO RECOVERY when there was insufficient room resulting in ALLEGRETTO making contact with the sulky wheel of ROAD TO RECOVERY and ALLEGRETTO pacing roughly momentarily. In not taking more severe action against Ms Betts, Stewards were mindful that ROAD TO RECOVERY had shifted in slightly prior to the incident occurring and the minimal consequential effects of the incident.

ROAD TO RECOVERY – Sulky contacted approaching the 300 metres by ALLEGRETTO.

 

RACE 6 – BATHURST TOYOTA PACE – 1730 metres

STELLINA – Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 7 – BATHURST RSL PACE – 1730 metres

ROGERVALERIO LOMBO – Post-race swab sample. It was noted at the completion of the event the buxton breastplate had become detached.

THE RINGMASTER – Pre-race blood sample. Re-included in the mobile barrier draw. The explanation was accepted for the late declaration of Emma Turnbull as the driver of the gelding.

 

RACE 8 – TOWN & COUNTRY RURAL SUPPIES MAIDEN PACE – 1730 metres

RACING RAY – Checked passing the 1400 metres when RUNLOCKYRUN broke gait. Tired over the concluding stages to be beaten 60 metres. As the gelding was having its first race start some leniency was extended and a warning was issued.

BOOMER SHANNON - Checked passing the 1400 metres when RUNLOCKYRUN broke gait.

ACTION PACT – Out of position at the start despite the efforts of its driver and will now be placed on its last chance in the draw.

RUNLOCKYRUN – Broke gait clear of interference when leading the field passing the 1400 metres checking RACING RAY, BOOMER SHANNON, SPLASH ATTAQUE and JILLIBY TSUNAMI. Given the recent poor record of RUNLOCKYRUN the gelding will now be stood down from racing for a period of 14 days and until trialling to the satisfaction of Stewards on two occasions.

SPLASH ATTAQUE – Out of position at the start and will continue to be placed outside the draw in future mobile start vents. Checked passing the 1400 metres when RUNLOCKYRUN broke gait.

JILLIBY TSUNAMI - Checked passing the 1400 metres when RUNLOCKYRUN broke gait. Post-race swab sample.
