RACE 1 – JOHN HUNTER CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL PACE – 1609 metres

UNCLE GREGORY – Obtained inside running over the concluding stages.

FLEUR BELLA – Had a tendency to shift ground up the track whilst under pressure over the concluding stages.

SYLVIA KAY NZ – Pre-race blood sample.

LONGWINDINGROAD – Post-race swab sample.

POPSTAROMAR – Held up for clear running over the concluding stages and not fully tested.

 

RACE 2 – AVE TECHNOLOGIES – CLUB MENANGLE WARATAH HEAT – 1609 meters

APACHE WHITESOX – Pre-race blood sample.

HES GOT THE LOOK NZ – Weakened over the concluding stages to be beaten some distance. When questioned regarding the performance, Driver B Hughes explained that after beginning somewhat well had a small tendency to race roughly entering the first turn hindering his chances in his opinion of obtaining the lead position and was left racing outside the leader and as a result of that had a tendency to weaken over the concluding stages to be beaten some distance. A post-race veterinary examination could not reveal any abnormalities. Connections were advised a warning would be issued in relation to its performance.

IDEAL MONDO – Held up for clear running in the early stages of the run to the finish.

LITTLE FRENCHIE – Had a tendency to hang out during the score up. A warning was issued.

 

RACE 3 – SOMERSET MEATS PACE – 2030 metres

MY STELLA ROSE – Post-race swab sample.

YESNOMAYBESO – Examined pre and post-race by the veterinarian with no abnormalities reported.

LUCKY BEACH BOY – Held up for clear running over the concluding stages and not fully tested.

NIFTY STUDLEIGH - Examined pre and post-race by the veterinarian with no abnormalities reported.

LA DERNIERE – Pre-race blood sample.

 

RACE 4 – SLICK CHICKS PACE – 1609 metres

QUADDIE VC NZ – Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.

ELOUISA DALE NZ – Cast its near fore plate as the start was effected and had a tendency to race roughly for a short period. Held up for clear running in the early stage in the run for the finish.

OUR IDEAL DREAM NZ – Broke stride over the concluding stages whilst under pressure. A warning was issued.

 

RACE 5 – SKYFALL ESTATE PACE – 1609 metres

GLENFRANKIE – Had a tendency to hang in whilst under pressure over the concluding stages.

IM A LIBERY GIRL – Pre-race blood sample.

LOUIE DADA – Driver G Panella was fined the sum of $50 under Rule 162(1)(h) for failing to come up into position prior to the start being effected. Had a tendency to race roughly throughout various stages of the event.

MATT GREGORS BOY – Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 6 – SKY RACING ACTIVE PACE – 1609 metres

SUMMER ROCKSTAR – Pre-race blood sample.

WEREGOINGTOGETCHA – Hampered shortly after entering the home straight for the run to the finish.

SHEZA LENNY – Hampered after entering the home straight for the run to the finish.

HALF HOLIDAY – Post-race swab sample.

PENURIOUS – Driver K Brooks was reprimanded under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) in that shortly after entering the home straight for the run to the finish, he permitted his runner to shift wider and hamper the running of WEREGOINGTOGETCHA which shifted up the track and in turn hampered the running of SHEZA LENNY.

 

RACE 7 – TOOHEYS MAIDEN PACE – 1609 metres

SIYA NZ – Weakened over the final 400 metres to be beaten some distance. Driver A Bourke explained to Stewards that after being crossed racing down the back straight on the final occasion his runner failed to run on over the concluding stages and was disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination could not reveal any abnormalities. Connections were advised a warning would be issued against the horse’s performance.

THE WAY SHE IS – Pre-race blood sample. Hampered as the field raced down the back straight on the final occasion and again when rounding the final turn when trailing weakening runners.

ROOBEE – Broke stride as the field entered the back straight on the final occasion. A warning was issued.

CAPTAIN GEM – Had a tendency to hang in prior to the field entering the home straight for the run to the finish and contacted a marker peg.

LUCKY RICTOR – Hampered racing into the back straight on the final occasion. Held up for clear running in the early stages of the run to the finish. Upon request from connections approval was given for it to be reincluded into the mobile barrier draw.

TAMATINE TAME – Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 8 – DOWNLOAD THE TAB APP TODAY PACE – 1609 metres

BREXITT – Had a tendency to shift ground up the track whilst under pressure over the concluding stages.

BE GOOD BENNY – Pre-race blood sample. Held up for clear running in the early stages of the run to the finish. Post-race swab sample.

GROSESTAR – Held up for clear running in the early stages of the run to the finish.
