General: Stewards questioned driver’s Rodney Blythe (KEAYANG DOMINO) Nic Horan (HELLO I TEA) & Nathan Turnbull (POTTER) into the reasons for POTTER breaking gait passing the 300m. After taking evidence from all drivers and viewing the available replays it was established POTTER which had been racing along the marker line was directed up into the running line approaching the 400m & to the inside of HELLO I TEA which was racing three (3) wide at that point & KEAYANG DOMINO was racing in advance of both runner along the marker line however half a cart wider as the runners approached the 300m POTTER had commenced to progress between KEAYANG DOMINO & HELLO I TEA simultaneously as HELLO I TEA hang inwards marginally entering the turn and was immediately corrected by its driver however could not be shifted wider due to THANKS BE TO GOD was racing to the immediate outside of HELLO I TEA in a four (4) wide position.
