RACE 5 – ULTRA AIR PACE – 1609 metres

WAT EVER YOU NEED –Driver Kerryann Morris was fined $200 under Rule 156(2)(a) for using the whip with more than a wrist only flicking motion over the concluding stages.

RACE 1 – WOODLANDS STUD STALLIONS – THE MARKET LEADER 2YO TROTTERS FOUNDATION HEAT 1 – 1609 metres

ADELAIDE RED – Inconvenienced passing the 900 metres when GLADIATRIX raced greenly and shifted out.

CEE CEE INPARIS – Broke shortly after the start and a warning was issued.

GLADIATRIX – Raced greenly when leading most notably when shifting out passing the 1200 metres before then shifting in and shifting out abruptly passing the 900 metres resulting in CARTACALHA and ADELAIDE RED being inconvenienced. A warning was placed on the record of GLATIATRIX. Post-race swab sample.

ACACIA STRIDE – Pre-race blood sample. Broke shortly after the start and a warning was issued.

CARTACALHA – Inconvenienced passing the 900 metres when GLADIATRIX shifted out when racing greenly.

I CHOOSE YOU – Out of position at the start and a warning was issued. Trotted roughly at various stages throughout the event.

SUPERIOR STRIDE – Out of position at the start before breaking shortly afterwards resulting in a warning being issued. Broke under pressure inside the final 200 metres and a warning was issued.

RACE 2 – SKY RACING TROTTERS MOBILE – 2300 metres

NOTHING I WANT – Pre-race blood sample.

FLASH KYVALLEY – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races. These examinations did not reveal any significant findings.

MILITARY MERIT – Out of position at the start and will continue to be placed outside the draw in future mobile start events.

FAMILIAR TRICKS – Over raced during the middle stages when leading. Post-race swab sample. Re-included in the mobile barrier draw.

RACE 3 – MULTIQUIP AGGREGATES TROTTERS MOBILE – 2300 metres

ITZFERGIETIME – Pre-race blood sample.

SALUTE STRIDE NZ – Over raced during the middle stages before being retired a short distance later. A post-race veterinary examination of SALUTE STRIDE NZ failed to reveal any significant findings. SALUTE STRIDE NZ will now be stood down from racing until trialling to the satisfaction of Stewards.

AFFAIRE DE COVER – Inconvenienced approaching the 600 metres when SALUTE STRIDE NZ commenced to give ground.

SHEETWEB WEAVER – Post-race swab sample.

WE CAN HAVE IT ALL – Inconvenienced approaching the 600 metres when SALUTE STRIDE NZ commenced to give ground. Broke clear of interference passing the 300 metres and a warning was issued.

RACE 4 – IRT YOUR HORSE OUR PASSION PACE – 1609 metres

LADY DELORIS – Post-race swab sample.

FLEUR BELLA – Held up inside the final 200 metres.

NEED FOUR SPEED – Over raced during the middle stages.

MICHAEL CAINE NZ – Pre-race blood sample. Repositioned to the extreme outside of the front row due to being placed outside the draw subsequent to the final fields being released. Broke clear of interference passing the 1100 metres and a warning was issued.

WHAT FOR – Held up inside final 100 metres

RACE 5 – SUMMERTIME PREMIUM POULTRY PACE – 1609 metres

WOODLEA BEAVER NZ – Held up during the early part of the straight. Paced roughly passing the 200 metres when being directed wider.

NIGHT WALKER – Pre-race blood sample.

HALLOWEEN – Post-race swab sample.

CLEMENTSORRELL – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races and being over the age of 12 years. These examinations did not reveal any significant findings.

RACE 6 – BUBBA GUMP PEST CONTROL PACE – 1609 metres

APACHE BART – Pre-race blood sample.

VALIENTE HANOVER – Post-race swab sample.

TIGERLICIOUS – Pre-race blood sample. Driver Josh Gallagher was questioned regarding the performance of mare which finished in 7^th placing beaten 20 metres ($5.50). Mr Gallagher explained that TIGERLICIOUS was not suited to the slowly run middle stages of the event which made it increasingly difficult for TIGERLICIOUS to make ground when positioned in the rear half of the field. Mr Gallagher added that in the circumstances he was relatively satisfied with the performance of TIGERLICIOUS given the fast final quarter of 27.1.

RACE 7 – OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS @ APG SALES PACE – 1609 metres

MISS RAVISHING – Inconvenienced rounding the final turn when OCEAN AVENUE, which was leading the event, commenced to tire.

WATCH YOUR BACK NZ – Inconvenienced rounding the final turn when OCEAN AVENUE, which was leading the event, commenced to tire.

NAMAKA – Post-race swab sample.

WATCH ME REACT – Pre-race blood sample. Over raced during the middle stages. Inconvenienced rounding the final turn when OCEAN AVENUE, which was leading the event, commenced to tire.

OCEAN AVENUE – Trainer/driver Seaton Grima was questioned regarding the performance of the gelding which finished in 10^th placing beaten 67 metres ($6.00). Mr Grima explained that OCEAN AVENUE had proven most disappointing at its prior start at Newcastle on 11 April 2025 and proven disappointing again today. Mr Grima added he was at a loss to provide any tangible explanation for the performance as OCEAN AVENUE had worked well leading into both recent race starts. Mr Grima advised it would be his intention to re-assess the immediate racing future of OCEAN AVENUE with his stable. A post-race veterinary examination of OCEAN AVENUE failed to reveal any significant findings.

MOVE HEAVENNEARTH – Inconvenienced rounding the final turn when OCEAN AVENUE, which was leading the event, commenced to tire.

RACE 8 – HYLAND SPORTSWEAR PACE – 1609 metres

ZEN MASTER – Pre-race blood sample.

WHYIMAN – Post-race swab sample.

MAJOR STATEMENT – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races. These examinations did not reveal any significant findings.

MAJOR JAROD – Pre-race blood sample.

RACE 9 – CONDELL PARK PRODUCE PACE – 1609 metres

DANCE AND DELIVER – Post-race swab sample.

DANGEROUS THREATS – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination after giving ground to finish in 9^th placing beaten 25 metres ($5.00) which did not reveal any significant findings.

TITIAN RAIDER – Pre-race blood sample.

CAPTAIN BLOOD – Held up inside the final 200 metres when unable to fully secure clear running.

OUR ULTIMATE EBONY NZ – Over raced during the early stages when being restrained.

RACE 10 –ACCESS GROUP SOLUTIONS PROPERTY & ASSET MANAGEMENT PACE – 1609 metres
