RACE 1 – BINGO @ CLUB PACEWAY EVERY WEDNESDAY TROTTERS MOBILE – 2125 metres

LONELY ROAD – Held up for clear racing room rounding the home turn and in the early stages of the home straight.

LAST CLANSMAN – Trainer KA Morris was fined $50 under Rule 210 for the late driving notification of J Coney as the driver of the gelding. Post-race sample.

AFFAIRE DE COVER – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding starting in excess of 200 race starts. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities. Pre-race sample.

 

RACE 2 – DOWNLOAD THE TAB APP TODAY PACE – 1720 metres

PETES ONA MISSION – Pre-race sample.

PARALLEL – Post-race sample.

ROGERVALERIO LOMBO – Inconvenienced and tightened for racing room approaching the 200m due to BO DUKE NZ shifting in, when racing wider.

BO DUKE NZ – Driver V Duncan was reprimanded under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) for allowing his drive to shift down the track tightening the racing room of ROGERVALERIO LOMBO approaching the 200m.

HALLOWEEN – Tired to be beaten 76m and was stood down until the completion of one satisfactory trial. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slower than normal recovery. Connections were advised that HALLOWEEN would be required to trial on one occasion prior to racing again.

 

RACE 3 – MARKETS @ PENRITH SHOWGROUND EVERY THURSDASY 3YO PACE – 1720 metres

TARAS TEMPTATION – Galloped out after the start, checking DOUBLE NEEDS. A warning was issued against the barrier manners of the filly. Galloped free of interference racing into the back straight on the first occasion, inconveniencing DOUBLE NEEDS. A warning was issued against the racing manners of the filly.

SOHO TIGER LILY – Pre-race sample.

DARK MIRACLE – Paced roughly after the start and again leaving the 800m. Tired to be beaten 54m. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. DARK MIRICLE was stood down until the completion of one satisfactory trial.

SUNLIGHT STIRDE – Hung in when racing outside of the leader at the 600m.

STAY LUCKY – Inconvenienced at the 800m when DARK MIRCLE paced roughly.

DOUBLE LINES – Checked after the start when trailing TARAS TEMPTATION. Inconvenienced racing into the back straight on the first occasion when TARAS TEMPTATION galloped. Tired to be beaten in excess of 100m and was stood down until the completion of one satisfactory trial. A post-race race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.

CENT FOR PLEASURE – Post-race sample.

 

RACE 4 – ROUGH DIAMOND LIVE @ CLUB PACEWAY JUNE 6 PACE – 1720 metres

SEABOW – Post-race sample.

TENNESSEE KID – Galloped in the score up and was out of position at the start. Was placed outside the mobile barrier draw. Hung in under pressure of the final 200m.

JANELLE MAY – It was reported post-race that the breastplate strap connecting under saddle broke throughout the event.

DESIGNA LABEL – Pre-race sample.

 

RACE 5 – FISHO’S RAFFLES @ CLUB PACEAAY EVERY FRIDAY PACE – 1720 metres

CONOR MCGREGOR NZ – Tired to be beaten in excess of 100m and was stood down until the completion of one satisfactory trial. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.

HONOLULU PRINCESS – Post-race sample. Galloped out and a warning was issued.

RAINBOW TITAN – Pre-race sample. Driver V Duncan explained that he surrendered the position as leader to GREY CADIALLAC in the vicinity of the 900m due to the work that his drive was required to do during the early stages of the event to maintain the lead position off DANCING WITH MY EX. Mr Duncan added that the only runner him and connections wished to surrender to was GREY CADIALLAC due to the way in which that runner races when in the forward half of the field. Mr Duncan added that he was satisfied with the finishing effort of RAINBOW TITAN and added that his drive had every chance over the final stages when gaining clear racing room.  

KING COREY – Inconvenienced racing down the back straight on the final occasion when CONOR MCGREGOR NZ began to give ground.

KELLOSHIEL – Was declared a late scratching at 9:28am on veterinary advice.

GREY CADILLAC – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding starting in excess of 200 race starts and being 12 years of age. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities.

 

RACE 6 – SKY RACING ACTIVE PACE – 2125 metres

ALWAYSBGOOD – Pre-race sample. Post-race sample.

RUMOUR STRIDE – Held up for clear racing room and unable to be fully tested at any stage in the run to the finish.

ULTIMATE WEAPON – Was declared a late scratching at 9:31am on veterinary advice.

 

RACE 7 – MAJOR OAK THREATRE RESTAURANT PACE – 1720 metres

PETES BIG JIM – Driver C Hart contributed the overall performance to the work needed in the early stages to occupy the lead and the quicker than normal first half of the event. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. PETES BIG JIM tired to be beaten 62m and a warning was issued against the racing manners of the gelding.

IDEAL REDEMPTION – Pre-race sample.

CHARLIES ACE NZ – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the mare starting in excess of 200 race starts. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities.

ULIMATE EMPIRE – Post-race sample.

FLO RYDA NZ – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding starting in excess of 200 race starts. Neither examination revealed any abnormalities.

RACE 8 – JAZZ BAND @ CLUB PACEWAY JUNE 7 PACE – 1720 metres

CLEAR LEFT NZ – Post-race sample.

SLYX NZ – Pre-race sample. Inconvenienced racing around the first turn when having to shift wider to avoid the movement from ADMIRABLE NZ from the marker peg line to a running line position.

SMOKESCREEN – Held up for clear racing room in the home straight on the final occasion and unable to be fully tested in the run to the finish.  

ACHY BREAKY ARK – Declared a late scratching at 1:55pm by Order of Stewards due to being unable to arrive on-course by the prescribed time.

ADMIRABLE NZ – Driver D Murphy was reprimanded under Rule 163(1)(b) for directing his drive wider rounding the first turn when not sufficiently clear of SLYX NZ. This movement resulted in that runner being forced into a three wide position for a short distance.

ROCKNROLL GIG – Held up for clear racing room in the home straight on the final occasion and unable to be fully tested in the run to the finish.
