RACE 1 – DOWNLOAD THE TAB APP TODAY PACE – 1740 metres

AVA LEANNE – Pre-race blood sample. Driver Bruce Harpley was questioned regarding the overall performance of the mare after starting $2.00 favourite and failing to run on over the concluding stages to finish in 6^th position beaten 15.7 metres. Mr Harpley explained the mare worked hard to find the position outside the leader and didn’t travel at any stage throughout and in his opinion the performance was disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities.

LESSISMORE – Post-race swab sample.

VALENTINI – Held up for clear running in the early stages of the home straight before gaining clear running approaching the 70 metres.

BOLANALONG – Held up for clear running and not fully tested.

 

RACE 2 – YIRRIBEE STUD PACE – 1740 metres

GEOFFREY BEE - Pre-race blood sample. Post-race swab sample.

TROUBLE IN HEAVEN – Driver Blake Jones was questioned regarding the overall performance of the mare after starting $1.18 favourite to finish in 4th position beaten 12 metres. Mr Jones explained the mare isn’t suited to racing outside the leader.

BETTERTHANTHEBOYZ - A pre and post-race veterinary examination was conducted due to the horse having competed in excess of 200 race starts. Both examinations failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities.

RACE 3 – RIVERINA ROUND UP EVERY THURSDAY PACE – 1740 metres

RACE 4 – CARNIVAL OF CUPS NOVEMBER 6 SUPER MAIDEN – 1740 metres

STAY ALPHA – Post-race swab sample.

LITTLE MIRACLES – Rounding the first turn hung in and broke gait for which a warning was issued.

ALICES SWEETHEART NZ – Held up for clear running and not fully tested.

DEXTERS DONE - Pre-race blood sample.

 

 

RACE 5 – NSW STANDARDBRED OWNERS ASSOCIATION FIRST PAST THE POST PACE – 1740 metres

GINGER ELLA - Pre-race blood sample.

SPECTA – Passing the 400 metres locked wheels with FOLLOW THE MONEY and was checked.

JANIE BLU – Out of position at the candy pole and will continue to be placed outside the draw in mobile starts.

SHES GOT A REASON – At the request of connections will be reincluded in the mobile barrier draw.

SINBAD SASSY – Hung in after the start. Raced greenly at various stages. Inconvenienced passing the 400 metres as a result of SPECTA and FOLLOW THE MONEY locking wheels.

 

RACE 6 – NUTRIEN EQUINE STANDARDBRED PACE – 1740 metres

CHANCETOWIN – Failed to run on over the concluding stages to be beaten 25.9 metres.

MAJOR ISSUES – Over raced throughout the event.

BIGWHEEL BOMBA – Inconvenienced approaching the 250 metres when held up behind CHANCETOWIN.

SAHARA SEAKRET – Post-race swab sample.

CONSORT NZ - Pre-race blood sample.

 

RACE 7 – ATWORTHY PARK 3YO PACE – 1740 metres

THE TRAWLER – Hung out under pressure in the home straight.

IM ON NO SLEEP - Pre-race blood sample. Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination which revealed no obvious abnormalities.

FIVE OCLOCK WAVE – Broke after the start for which a warning was issued.

SET PLAY – Raced roughly in the latter stages of the score up.

AMERIKIN RUNA – Declared a late scratching at 3.32pm on veterinary advice as the gelding was found to be lame in the off hind leg. Connections were advised AMERIKIN RUNA will be stood down for 14 days and until a veterinary clearance is submitted.

 

RACE 8 – BENSTUD STANDARDBREDS PACE – 2270 metres

AROMET GIRL – Fractious in the score up and was out of position at the start and will now be excluded from the mobile barrier draw. Gave ground over the concluding stages to be beaten 31m.
