RACE 1 – BUBBA GUMP PEST CONTROL TROTTERS MOBILE – 2300 metres

FRANKYTHEFRENCHMAN – Became unbalanced and galloped passing the 1500 metres for which a warning was issued.

WATTS UP THE HILL – Trainer R Alchin was fined $50 under Rule 210 for failing to declare himself as the driver by the prescribed time. Post-race swab sample.

LOTUS LOUISE – Pre-race blood sample. Worked forward to obtain the lead passing the 1500 metres.

ALPHA STRIDE – Became unbalanced during the score up and was out of position at the start for which a warning was issued.

VALTINO – Raced roughly passing the 1900 metres and again passing the 500 metres.

 

RACE 2 – FARMER JOES FOOD SERVICES 3YO PACE – 1609 metres

WORTH EVERY CENT – Gave ground over the concluding stages to be beaten 52.4 metres and finished in last position.

CONCILIATE – Worked forward to obtain the lead approaching the 1200 metres. Post-race swab sample.

MUSICSTAR – Paced roughly passing the 1400 metres for a short distance.

LAST LEXUS – Caught racing three wide in the early stages until being restrained to the tail of the field passing the 1050 metres.

LOCHINVAR TIGER – Pre-race blood sample. Trainer G Ellul was fined $50 under Rule 210 for failing to declare himself as the driver by the prescribed time.

 

RACE 3 – MENANGLE PARK COMMUNITY PACE – 1609 metres

LADY ALLEGRA – Became unbalanced and galloped during the score up and was out of position at the start for which a warning was issued.

PARALLEL – Post-race swab sample.

MICKEY BE NIMBLE – Pre-race blood sample.

FINANCIALLY STABLE – Pre-race blood sample. Became unbalanced and galloped during the score up and was out of position at the start for which a warning was issued.

 

RACE 4 – CONDELL PARK PRODUCE LADYSHIP PACE – 1609 metres

KERVONBEL – Over raced when positioned outside the leader. Failed to run on over the concluding stages to be beaten 56.2 metres and finish in last position. In view of the disappointing performance of the filly KERVONBEL was issued its last chance to race truly. A post-race veterinary examination failed to reveal any obvious abnormalities.

CHARLIES ACE NZ – A pre and post-race veterinary examination was conducted due to the mare having competed in excess of 200 race starts. No obvious abnormalities were detected on either examination.

PHAR LUME NZ - Trainer G Panella was fined $50 under Rule 210 for failing to declare K Langelaar the driver by the prescribed time. 

RUEBE STARBUCK NZ – Pre-race blood sample.

MELFIELD SORYT – Worked forward to obtain the lead passing the 1100 metres. Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 5 – TAB PACE – 1609 metres

DOWN WARD DOG – Became unbalanced and galloped during the early stages when leaving the pre-race formation.

GIMME A REASON – Pre-race blood sample. Stewards questioned Driver W Rixon in relation to the performance of the gelding when failing to run on over the concluding stages to be beaten 22.2 metres. Mr Rixon explained racing without cover during the fast first middle half did not suit the gelding in today’s event.

MACHX THE STRANGER – Unable to secure clear running in the latter stages of the home straight.

SHORELINE DREAM – Worked forward to obtain the lead passing the 1150 metres. Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 6 – BE HAPPY MACH @ WINGATE FARM PACE – 1609 metres

POLLY PUT KETTLEON – Pre-race blood sample.

VIN NUMBER – Pre-race blood sample.

IM BLINGIN IT – Became unbalanced and galloped approaching the 250 metres for which a warning was issued.

YA RACIN ARLO – Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 7 – STRONGHOLD FACILITY SERVICES PACE – 1609 metres

CAPTAIN GROOVE – Pre-race blood sample. Worked forward to obtain the lead leaving the 1200 metres. Post-race swab sample.

KIKI MEISTER – Trainer R Alchin was fined $50 under Rule 210 for failing to declare himself as the driver by the prescribed time.

 

RACE 8 – IRT HORSE TRANSPORT PACE – 1609 metres

RED REACTOR NZ - A pre and post-race veterinary examination was conducted due to the gelding having competed in excess of 200 race starts. No obvious abnormalities were detected on either examination.

BUSINESS IN HEAVEN – Worked forward to obtain the lead approaching the 1200 metres.

OOGA CHAKA – Unable to secure clear running in the home straight on the final occasion and was not fully tested.

ROCKNROLL HAMMER NZ - Trainer L McCarthy was fined $50 under Rule 210 for failing to declare C Geary as the driver by the prescribed time.

TERRY NZ – Unable to secure clear running in the early stages of the home straight.

DOM TORETTO NZ – Caught racing three wide in the early stages until working forward to obtain the position outside the leader passing the 1100 metres.

UNFAZED NZ – Pre-race blood sample.

RAVISHING SLOY – Caught racing three wide in the early stages until working forward to obtain the position outside the leader passing the 950 metres. Post-race swab sample.
