RACE 1 – LASSU COSMIC CABARET @ PENRITH SHOWGROUND FROM OCT 16 PACE – 1720 metres

FINAL PROMISE – Post-race swab sample.

ROCKEON – Paced roughly passing the 400 metres. Held up for clear running inside the final 200 metres.

NITRO DANNY – Pre-race blood sample.

DILETTO – Contacted marker pegs rounding the final turn.

 

RACE 2 – FALCON GT OWNERS CLUB OF NSW @ PENRITH SHOWGROUND OCT 18 PACE – 1720 metres

RAINBOWSEND – Pre-race blood sample. Driver Will Rixon was issued a reprimand under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) in that approaching the 1400 metres he permitted RAINBOWSEND to shift in momentarily tightening GENERAL LINCOLN.

CONSTANTINA – Paced roughly during the latter stages of the score up and a warning was issued.

CREDULOUS – Post-race swab sample.

GENERAL LINCOLN – Tightened approaching the 1400 metres when RAINBOWSEND shifted in. Held up rounding the home turn and the early part of the straight.

SHEVCHENKO – Held up rounding the final turn.

FLO RYDA NZ – Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the gelding having started in more than 200 races. These examinations did not reveal any significant findings.

 

RACE 3 – NO SECRETS THE ANGELS SHOW LIVE AND LOUD @ CLUBPACEWAY OCT 24 PACE – 1720 metres

BEV THE GOAT NZ – Driver Cooper Griffiths was questioned regarding the performance of the mare which finished in 10^th and last placing beaten 18 metres ($3.10 fav).  Mr Griffiths explained that previously BEV THE GOAT NZ has performed best when able to lead or obtain a forward position which was not possible this evening due to the speed of ULTIMATE EMPIRE drawn to its inside. Mr Griffiths advised as a consequence he elected not to contest the early lead and as BEV THE GOAT NZ was positioned towards the rear of the field the mare had difficulty making ground when positioned wide on the track. A post-race veterinary examination of BEV THE GOAT NZ failed to reveal any significant findings.

MAJOR ART NZ – Tightened passing the 1200 metres when TOMAHAWK BART shifted in.

TOMAHAWK BART – Driver Mason Bigeni was reprimanded under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) in that approaching the 1200 metres he permitted TOMAHAWK BART to shift in momentarily tightening MAJOR ART NZ.

FIRE FOX NZ – Pre-race blood sample. Held up rounding the final turn and in the early part of the straight.

ROCKIN BULL – Held up inside the final 200 metres.

MY ULTIMATE BUDDHA – Held up inside the final 200 metres.

ONE FOR THE RODI – Post-race swab sample.

 

RACE 4 – AUSSIE NIGHT MARKETS SPOOKFEAST @ PENRITH SHOWGROUND FROM OCT 30 PACE – 2125 metres

ACTION MAJOR NZ – Post-race swab sample.

JIMMY JAMES MAGUIRE NZ – Pre-race blood sample. Hung in and contacted marker pegs rounding the final turn. Held up rounding the final turn and in the early part of the straight.

CAPTAIN RITCHIE – Contacted a marker peg passing the 1800 metres and as a consequence its driver (G Fitzpatrick) momentarily dropped his left foot.

 

RACE 5 – MAJOR OAK THEATRE RESTAURANT HALLOWEEN NIGHT @ CLUB PACEWAY OCT 31 PACE – 1720 metres

KATES VIRTUE – Post-race swab sample.

CHARLIES ACE NZ – Pre-race blood sample. Presented on course in accordance with the HRNSW Elevated TCO2 Levels Policy. Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the mare having started in more than 200 races. Driver Lucas Rando pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 163(1)(a)(iii) in that shortly after passing the 1500 metres he permitted CHARLIES ACE NZ to shift in resulting in GO AWAY AGAIN being tightened contributing to that horse ultimately being checked and losing its rightful position. In assessing penalty Stewards took into account the HRNSW Penalty Guidelines, Mr Rando’s guilty plea, his good driving record (562 drives since his last suspension) and the circumstances of the incident. Stewards accordingly imposed a 7 day suspension of his licence to drive in races which was ordered to commence midnight Monday 19 October 2026.

CRUNCHIE DIVA – Pre-race blood sample.

ROCKNROLL GIG – Held up inside the final 200 metres.

BARA RILEY - Held up inside the final 200 metres.

GO AWAY AGAIN – Tightened passing the 1500 metres before being checked and losing its rightful position when CHARLIES ACE NZ shifted in.

 

RACE 6 – FISHO’S RAFFLES @ CLUB PACEWAY EVERY FRIDAY NIGH 3YO PACE – 1720 metres

GENERAL

The all clear of this event was delayed to allow Stewards the opportunity to review the available replays of the start in relation to BOULDERS BEACH which had drawn barrier 7 (barrier 1 second row) and whether BOULDERS BEACH progressed onto the front row after MERRYWOOD LOU was out of position due to that runner breaking gait in the early stages of the score up. After review of the available replays and taking evidence form Driver Declan Murphy (BOULDERS BEACH), Stewards were satisfied that if BOULDERS BEACH had improved forward to the front row it was very minimal and as BOULDERS BEACH was not driven forward after the start and ultimately settled behind the leader the gelding had gained no material advantage in the overall circumstances. The all clear was subsequently given and Driver Declan Murphy was reminded of his obligation to ensure in similar circumstances he does all in his power to ensure his runner commences from the correct barrier position.

MERRYWOOD LOU – Broke during the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was issued.

LAST LEXUS – Post-race swab sample.

ROCKNROHL DAVE – Broke shortly after the start, and as the gelding was having only its 3^rd race start, will now be placed outside the draw in future mobile start events. Paced roughly for a brief distance approaching the 200 metres.

ADELAIDE BEE CEE – Pre-race blood sample.

BOULDERS BEACH – Trainer Rickie Alchin was fined $100 under Rule 210 for failing to declare Declan Murphy as the driver of the gelding by the prescribed time.

HUNGRY JOE – Shifted in under pressure inside the final 200 metres and paced roughly resulting in DESIGNA LABEL being tightened and contacting marker pegs.

DESIGNA LABEL – Tightened and contacted marker pegs approaching the 100 metres when HUNGRY JOE shifted in.

 

RACE 7 – MELBOURNE CUP LUNCH @ CLUB PACEWAY NOV 3 BOOK NOW PACE – 2125 metres

LOOKIN GOOD MARGIE – Held up rounding the home turn and the early part of the straight.

GIMME A REASON – Post-race swab sample.

SMOKESCREEN – Pre-race blood sample. Checked and broke gait passing the 300 metres as a consequence of BRONSKI ROYAL breaking gait.

GREY CADILLAC - Underwent pre and post-race veterinary examinations due to the mare having started in more than 200 races.

BRONSKI ROYAL – Broke clear of interference passing the 300 metres. In view of the gelding’s recent poor record, it will now be stood down from racing until trialling to the satisfaction of Stewards.

 

RACE 8 – XTREME BULLS @ PENRITH SHOWGROUND NOV 7 PACE – 1720 metres

LOUTHPARKSCHOONER – Post-race swab sample.

GARRYS LARRY – Held up inside the final 200 metres when unable to gain full clear running.

MIDNIGHT HAZE – Hung in approaching the 1400 metres.

NEED FOUR SPEED – Pre-race blood sample. Hung in passing the 400 metres.

ELLEZIE – Broke shortly after the start. A warning was issued. It was noted the mare had cast a shoe during the event.

MIGHT AND VICTORY – Reincluded into the mobile barrier draw.

CAPPY – Stable representative Chris Geary reported that CAPPY appeared to have pulled well, however may have come to the end of its preparation and the filly would now be spelled.
